BidBuilders is new. The first ten organisations get six months at about half the monthly price. In return I'd value your honest feedback, and a short quote if the service helps you.

As a director of a small North Tyneside community interest company, I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant community work, and funding the organisation was eligible for, left on the table because the admin of applying was too heavy for a small team with no spare evenings.
I built BidBuilders to take that weight off small organisations, so a good project isn't lost to a blank form. The drafting starts from a proper interview about your work, and I review and edit every draft before it reaches you. Nothing is sent straight from a machine, and nothing is made up.

CICs are welcome, and so are registered charities, CIOs and constituted community groups. Many funders accept CICs. National Lottery Awards for All does, for example, as long as you meet its governance rules, such as having at least two unrelated people on your board. We only match you to funders that are open to your kind of organisation, and we check eligibility before drafting.
We aim to deliver your reviewed draft within 10 working days of receiving your completed questionnaire. If we've flagged any gaps, filling those in quickly helps.
No. You stay in charge. We give you a reviewed draft written to the funder's questions, with any missing facts flagged. You check it, add anything we couldn't know, and submit it under your organisation's name. One round of revisions is included on each bid.
Your membership carries on at £49 a month, our founder price, which stays the same for as long as you're a member, even after the price for new members rises. We'll email you a few days before the first £49 payment. If you'd rather stop, reply to that email before the date and nothing more is charged.
Generic AI bids tend to assert need instead of evidencing it, invent statistics and read like everyone else's. Ours start from a structured interview about your organisation, never invent a fact (gaps are flagged for you), and a person who understands grant funding from inside a community organisation reviews every word. See a sample draft.
Never. Paying a fundraiser commission has long been treated as poor practice in UK fundraising, and funders commonly won't let grant money pay for it. You pay a flat fee and every pound you're awarded stays with your organisation.
